With 3:26 remaining in the third quarter, Scott Skiles subbed in Udrih, Lamb, and Ilyasova to play with Dunleavy and Udoh who were already in the game.

He never made another substitution.  The supersubs, including new member Ilyasova, clawed their way back into the game and earned the right to finish it.

Shortly after the substitution, Kirk Hinrich made a three-pointer and the Bucks were down 27 points with 15 minutes to play. They also won the game, 93-92.

Ilyasova was benched to start the game in favor of rookie John Henson.  Ersan finished with a season-high 18 points in 19 minutes, to go with 6 hard-fought rebounds.  After struggling with his shot for the entire season, Ilyasova got to a point in this game where he was just letting the sucker fly without the crippling doubt of missing self-confidence.  He also ended the game with two wolverine-like slashes down the inside of his right arm.

Richard Hamilton scored 30 points for the Bulls but only six in the final quarter in which the Bucks outscored the Bulls by a 30-12 margin.
