The Bucks announced earlier today that both Larry Sanders and O.J. Mayo will not play Wednesday night against Detroit. Both players are dealing with flu-like symptoms, which caused them to miss practice Tuesday.

In the absence of Sanders, Larry Drew is once again forced to shuffle the starting lineup. He’ll send out Ekpe Udoh, John Henson, Ersan Ilyasova, Giannis Antetokounmpo and Brandon Knight for Milwaukee’s 19th different starting lineup in 41 games this season. While Sanders would have been the starter at center, Drew indicated Ilyasova was going to start at small forward regardless. The Pistons start a similarly big lineup, featuring a frontcourt of Andre Drummond, Greg Monroe and Josh Smith.
