O.J. Mayo missed Thursday’s practice and will not travel with the team on its upcoming two-game roadtrip, as he continues to deal with flu-like symptoms.
Mayo sat out the last two games against the Clippers and Suns and will miss Friday’s game in Orlando and Saturday’s game in Memphis. Ekpe Udoh, who’s missed the last three games with a sprained ankle, also will not travel with the team. Udoh will finish the month of January playing in just seven of 15 games.
Ersan Ilyasova joined Mayo and Udoh on the sidelines of Thursday’s practice, as he suffered a leg bruise in Wednesday’s game.
