Welcome to the Behind The Bucks Pass Weekly Roundup!

Remember how it felt last week, when the Bucks won two of their three games and everything seemed to be going right once more for Milwaukee?

Yeah, me neither. This week has effectively destroyed my recollection of the pre-All Star break era when Milwaukee was 30-23 and seemed to be ready to at least give some other team serious problems in the playoffs. When the Bucks almost had an All-Star and Giannis was poised to destroy the dunk contest.

Alas, those days are gone. The Bucks are currently 34-34 (that’s a 4-11 record since the break, yeesh) and limping (if not crawling) towards the postseason. The Bucks almost-All-Star is gone and Giannis messed up his entries in the dunk contest (which was probably the saddest part of all of this).

Still though, Bucks fans need to stay strong. Remember that this season was never about wins and losses, it was about development. And the surging play of Giannis Antetokounmpo and Khris Middleton, among others, is exactly what Milwaukee wanted to get out of this season. So keep your chins up; it will get better.

But maybe not until next year.

Either way, your Bucks played four games this week, and it’s my job to go through them all (no matter how little I wish to do so). Let’s get started in Indianapolis, and go from there.
