The Milwaukee Bucks have not looked great lately, and they’ll have to step it up to hang with the Los Angeles Clippers on Friday night.

The Milwaukee Bucks got embarrassed by the Denver Nuggets on Wednesday night, and although the Bucks are just two games out of the eighth spot in the Eastern Conference things aren’t looking great for Milwaukee.

The Bucks are now 1-3 since the All-Star break, and things aren’t getting any easier this weekend. Milwaukee has a back-to-back on Friday and Saturday with games coming against the Los Angeles Clippers and Toronto Raptors.

Both the Clippers and Raptors are in lower spots in their conference than many would’ve expected at this point in the season, meaning both of these teams have a little extra motivation to prove they’re still some of the better squads in the NBA.

That means the Bucks will be facing tough challenges in the coming days. The coming weeks will determine if Milwaukee will be a lottery team or a playoff-bound one, starting with this game against the Clippers.

Los Angeles’ big three is back healthy, but even with all of Chris Paul, Blake Griffin and DeAndre Jordan the Clips are 1-2 in their last three games. They need to start winning games quickly–just half of a game separates L.A. from the sixth-place Memphis Grizzlies right now.

To see how either the Bucks or Clippers could come out on top on Friday night, we’ll look at major keys for both clubs, followed by a Clipper to watch and some score predictions.
