Every team could use another talented veteran in NBA free agency. Could Anthony Tolliver be one of those guys for the Milwaukee Bucks?

The Milwaukee Bucks are in an interesting spot regarding this year’s NBA free agency. Every fan wants their team to snag a huge name in free agency — this season, players like Gordon Hayward and Chris Paul are getting a lot of attention in that regard.

The Bucks are in no position to even consider either of those players. Both because they’ve got their star player in Giannis Antetokounmpo, and because Milwaukee has absolutely no cap space to use this summer.

Giannis is good enough for the Bucks to be competitive even without adding another star, but he needs a good cast of players around him. Both new draftees and veterans added in free agency will determine Milwaukee’s success going forward.

The NBA Draft is over and done with, but NBA free agency has yet to start. Due to the cap issues covered here (which were expounded by Spencer Hawes opting in on Monday night), the Bucks need to aim for affordable targets.

Could Anthony Tolliver be that kind of a player? Tolliver is certainly no Gordon Hayward or CP3, but is he the right player for the Bucks to chase? To find out, let’s go through his strengths, weaknesses, potential salary and his fit in Milwaukee.
