Bucks’ beat writer Gery Woelfel went on The Big Show on WSSP 1250 AM to discuss the Bucks with Steve Fifer yesterday.  When asked the likelihood of a Bogut trade, Woelfel came up with a 70% figure.

Fifer:  ”What kind of chance are you giving Bogut to be on another team by next Thursday at this time?”

Woelfel:  ”Probably 70/30.”

Fifer:  ”That he’s going TO BE GONE?“

Woelfel  ”Yep.”

Did he make up that number on the spot?  Does he have reliable info to put together that kind of estimate?  Make of it what you will.  In his article on the topic today, Woelfel listed the names of teams interested in Bogut, including Washington, Charlotte, Golden State, Houston, New Orleans, Atlanta, Boston and Orlando.

Woelfel also went on to talk about the futures of Ersan Ilyasova and Brandon Jennings with the Bucks.

On the possibility of an Ersan trade: “Wow.  That’s the $64,000 question… I’ll say this, ‘His stock has never been higher.’ I think that’s pretty evident.  The guy has been a monster for the last five weeks or so.”

On Brandon Jennings’ future:  ”I was told by somebody that I firmly trust — about a week ago — that he thinks  Jennings is going to be here for the duration of the season at the very least, and that as far as he knew, there weren’t any serious conversations about trading him.”
