TrueHoop: The Pistons and Bucks made NBA history Thursday night, as the two teams combined to shoot 41-for-41 from the free throw line on Thursday night. My theory: the snow that kept away fans from the Bradley Center also provided a clear background of empty blue seats.

On the same night, Dwight Howard broke a nearly 50-year-old record for free throw attempts in a single game. He shot 39 attempts against Golden State, breaking the previous record of 34 set by Wilt Chamberlain on Feb. 22, 1962. In doing so, Howard shot more free throws in a single game than his Warriors counterpart, Andris Biedrins, attempted all of last season.

Twitter: It sounds like the Bobcats miss Stephen Jackson.
