A. You have to give the Brooklyn Nets their props after it looked like they were dead in the water early on as Milwaukee built up a 17 point lead. Despite the adversity ahead, they fought all the way back and eventually won the game, largely thanks to some heroic efforts from Kevin Durant, who played all 48 minutes from start to finish. The man was virtually unstoppable, finishing with an eye-opening line of 49 points, 17 rebounds, 10 assists, three steals, and two blocked shots. Hats off to him on showing up and elevating his team to victory. Another Net that certainly stepped up was Jeff Green, who finished with 27 points on 8-of-11 shooting from the floor, including a near-perfect 7-of-8 shooting night from downtown. That lethal outside shot from Green was a killer for the Bucks, and it ultimately came back to bite them. As surprising as it is to say, Green was Brooklyn’s second-best player on the floor in a game where James Harden played. Of course, Harden played just 43 seconds in this series entering this matchup after re-aggravating his hamstring strain in Game 1, and he looked like a shell of himself, understandably. Still, he played just under 46 minutes, finishing with five points on 1-of-10 shooting, including 0-of-8 from deep. Hats off to him for coming back with his team seemingly staring into the abyss with injury problems and helping them get a win. The Nets showed their resiliency by coming back from 17 down and eventually winning the game, shifting all the momentum to their side. Only time will tell if they can close this series out in Game 6 at Fiserv Forum.. . . BROOKLYN NETS
