Grayson Allen delivers his best performance with the Milwaukee Bucks yet in the win over Philadelphia 76ers

It seems like Grayson Allen just continues to get more and more comfortable with the Bucks as the season progresses. The guard has been phenomenal early on, and he clocked in his best game with the franchise yet during the turbulent win over Philadelphia.

Allen finished with a season-high 25 points, shooting an incredibly efficient 8-of-13 from the floor and 5-of-9 from behind the arc. As always, Allen looked as confident as one could be, seeking the basketball and letting it fly with no hesitation. Allen’s biggest shot of the night came in the fourth quarter, where he had an open look at a 3-pointer with the Bucks up by four. He sunk it, extending Milwaukee’s lead to seven with a minute and a half remaining, and he would eventually shoot two free throws to seal the deal. To cap off his brilliant night, Allen was a team-high +18 in the victory.

Although it is still early, it looks like general manager Jon Horst has done it again by bringing in an underrated piece to help the Bucks compete. That two-year extension worth $20 million that they gave Allen before the season is also starting to look like a huge steal. So far, he has averaged career numbers this season, and this performance against the 76ers shows that he has no plans of slowing down anytime soon. It will be fascinating to see what Allen and this Bucks team can do once everyone returns healthy.
