Adam: Just how significant do you feel Kawhi Leonard’s health has been in that early season form too? What are the chances of him being fresher than usual later in the season paying dividends?

Matthew: I mean, Leonard is the Spurs’ best player. His absence was super, super critical, as it would be if any NBA Finals MVP were to miss time for any team. San Antonio is a completely different animal in almost every aspect when he’s on the court.

In terms of rest: Kawhi is 23 and he plays fewer than 32 minutes per game — freshness isn’t really a thing at this point in his career.
