Reactions: The Bad

  • The turnover bug reared its ugly head again for the Bucks tonight. The Bucks committed seventeen turnovers, including nine in the second quarter, allowing the Blazers to chew up a fifteen point Buck’s lead. The Bucks were lucky to weather the sloppy play and take a three-point halftime lead.
  • The Blazers would have been blown out in the first half if the Bucks had a true #2 center. With only John Henson available at center the Bucks forced Kenyon Martin into the center role. Martin played good basketball at the position, no doubt, but the Bucks will need Zaza Pachulia available soon in order to keep the winning streak alive. Martin’s size is something the Blazers conscientiously exploited.
