Dennis Schröder

Having just come off the back of an impressive 13 points and nine assists performance for the World team in last night’s Rising Stars Challenge, Schröder enters into tonight’s game with a lot of momentum, and perhaps most importantly confidence.

Schröder is an outstanding ball-handler, and a skilled passer, who has also transformed his jump shot in between his rookie season and his current sophomore campaign. So, all the ingredients to be a contender in this case, right?

This season Schröder’s averaging 8.5 points, 3.5 assists and 1.9 rebounds in 18 minutes per game.

I mentioned earlier that the new-found confidence that Schröder has developed for his important role within the Hawks success this season, could yet prove to be a big factor. Here’s an example of just what I’m talking about.
