Kyle Lowry
The way that Kyle Lowry has improved his abilities and increased his profile around the NBA in recent years is something to marvel at. Lowry was little more than a middle of the road point guard during his spells in Memphis and Houston, but moving North of the border seemed to transform his game to another level.
Lowry has found himself with added responsibility in Toronto, and as the Raptors go-to-guy, he has thrived as both a scorer and distributor. Lowry has become a do-it-all, alpha dog style of point guard, and will be rewarded tomorrow with his first All-Star appearance, and a starters berth at that.
Whether the prospect of what’s still to come could distract Lowry from the task at hand this evening remains to be seen though.
For this season Lowry is averaging 18.6 points, 7.2 assists and 4.8 rebounds in 35.1 minutes per game.
Passing accuracy like this won’t hurt either, right?
