  • A major story-line going into the game was how much would the Bulls’ fan-base fill the stadium and how much of a home-court advantage would the Bucks really have? The answer is “moderately” and a resounding “big one”.  The Bulls fans had a presence. There’s no denying that. Having the greatest player ever will do that for a fan-base. The ratio of Bucks to Bulls fans was somewhere between 60/40 and 70/30–but the Bucks fans were louder and far more passionate than their red-clad-preparing-to-get-ousted-by-the-Cavs counterparts. Every time a “Let’s Go Bulls” chant broke out there was a “LET’S GO BUCKS” chant to swallow it. Even Aaron Rodgers and Randall Cobb showed their support for the young Bucks. Kudos to you, Bucks fans, we defended the house.
  • Did John Henson show he belongs in the Bucks’ long-term plans? Uhh, yeah–he sure did. Aside from this highlight-reel put-back slam over THREE Bulls defenders, Henson added double-digit scoring (on 6-8 shooting), fourteen rebounds, three blocks, and a (+/-) of +11. He also played 39 minutes to Zaza’s nineteen. Hmm. Let the chin-scratching ensue.
  • And unto thee a playoff-Giannis is born. He exorcised his Bulls’ demons and put up 25 (leading the Bucks) on 10-22, with 12 rebounds (6 offensive), and two blocks. Yeah. He’s still the guy. Check out his highlight reel.
  • The visceral passion at 1:40 gives me hope. Check that. It’s a full man-crush. I’m not ashamed.
