2009 NBA Draft Lottery – 10th Pick

Coming to the 2009 Lottery, the Bucks held only a 0.14 percent chance of landing in the top three. Sure that meant they would miss out on Blake Griffin, but in a Draft that has since proven to be one of the deepest of the 21st century, it was far from the end of the world.

With their eventual tenth pick, Milwaukee selected Brandon Jennings. It’s hard to quibble with that selection either, as even though point guards selected after him such as Jeff Teague and Jrue Holiday went on to become All-Stars, Jennings still had spells of brilliance during his time with the Bucks.

Jennings, of course, would go on to be traded to Detroit for Brandon Knight and Khris Middleton.
