AM: Which Celtic are you most excited to watch this season?
JB: I am most excited to watch Marcus Smart. I think he can become the face of the franchise but he needs to take a step forward this season. He does everything the Celtics need on the defensive end but he needs to become more of a factor on the offensive end.
Its not just about shooting better and scoring more points, but it is about becoming the leader of the offense. Smart needs to be better with the ball in his hands and I believe he will be a much larger factor on the offensive end this year.
Smart was much improved from college in his first year and if he can take another leap this year he will be the Celtics’ best player and best leader.
