Jerryd Bayless – Running Back
Jerryd Bayless reminds me of an every down, bell-cow kind of running back. He’s not the biggest or the fastest tailback you’ll find, but he’s a solid mix of both. In addition Bayless is a smart player–he’ll find the holes in the line and always remember to follow his blockers.
On defense I could see Bayless at cornerback most likely. His small size (for NBA players) wouldn’t hurt him much, and he seems like one of those irritating, trash-talking corners that just gets under every offensive player’s skin. Bayless might not be a standout at either spot, but much like his basketball self he would probably be a dependable stand-in at the very least.
