Reactions: The Good
- The Bucks don’t hit the most three pointers in the world, but they do make a high percentage of the ones they take (36.2% to be precise). That’s good for seventh in the NBA. They kept the good juices flowing from three against the Wizards, shooting 10-21, including a third quarter stretch that got them back in the game. Bayless, who has been white-hot lately, kept it going with a 3-6 three point shooting performance.
- John Henson might have been the Bucks best overall player Tuesday night. He was the only Bucks with a positive (+/-), posting a +2. Here he is erasing a Nene bunny layup.
- The bench provided a nice lift in the first quarter after the starting unit left them with a 18-12 deficit. Fueled by strong shooting from Vasquez, Bayless, and Henson, the Bucks were able to take a 29-27 lead into the second quarter. Vasquez, in particular, started very strong–hitting his first three FG attempts.
