Jason Kidd, D
- I’ve been beating on this drum for a while, but I just don’t see what Kidd does in-game. His rotations are often bizarre, but more worrying is his non-existent adjustments. Altering the game from the sidelines while it’s in full flow is one of the most difficult aspects of coaching, but right now Kidd isn’t doing it.
- After two straight big defeats, questions have to be asked about what Kidd and his staff were preaching to their team at half time in a close one this time out. You’d have expected focus, fundamentals and effort to have been at the forefront, but that’s exactly what was lacking. One of two things happened early in the second half last night, and both would be worrying. Either Kidd didn’t get his team in the right place to come back out of the locker room, or the players straight up gave up.
