18. Washington Wizards

Undoubtedly one of the biggest surprises of the season so far has been the struggles of the Washington Wizards, a team who many were tipping to be a real contender to Cleveland in the East this season. Something just isn’t working though, and in spite of starting with back-to-back wins, the Wizards are 5-8 since.

This is the sort of situation where the blame game naturally starts up. John Wall has had dips in form, but has generally been his impressive self. Bradley Beal looks a more complete scorer than he was a year ago. Then outside of Marcin Gortat and Otto Porter, and contributions in limited minutes from Jared Dudley and Gary Neal, Washington just aren’t getting enough from their roster. Concerning times in the capital.
