29. Philadelphia 76ers

They may just be fresh off of their first win, but whether you approve of it or not, at least the Philadelphia 76ers have a plan. Along the way they are finding and building quality players who they’d hope will be part of the group who will eventually come to prominence for Philly too.

He’s creating headlines for the wrong reasons off the court, but on it, Jahlil Okafor looks like a stud. Nerlens Noel’s role may need to be worked out a little, but he’s still one of the league’s most talented young big man. Robert Covington is an underrated difference maker across the floor, and even guys like TJ McConnell and Jerami Grant are making an impact. It may be ugly, but at least it’s something.
