Michael Carter-Williams, C

8 Points | 2-9 FG | 4-6 FT | 5 REB | 7 AST | 0 STL | 0 BLK |

If he doesn’t make the game swinging series of last-minute plays he probably gets an F and shoulders the blame for another disappointing loss. As it is I will ignore his 6 turnovers, so-so shot selection, and iffy defense. He can look so good on one play and so frustrating the next. Like trying to feed Middleton on the baseline, but instead throwing it to the defender. Why even try that?

John Henson, A

8 Points | 3-3 FG | 0-0 FT | 7 REB | 1 AST | 0 STL | 4 BLK |

He made the game-sealing block of course. But that was just the cherry on top of his solid game. He rebounded well, took opportunistic shots near the basket, and caused fits for the Blazer offense in the paint all night. Exactly the sort of thing you want to see from Henson.

Johnny O’Bryant, D

0 Points | 0-4 FG | 0-0 FT | 1 REB | 0 AST | 0 STL | 0 BLK |

He hustled. He also missed all four of his shots. This wasn’t a JOB jumper parade either, he took just one of those. This was more of a JOB never looking comfortable and getting pulled before the team suffers catastrophic damage.

Rashad Vaughn, B

0 Points | 0-2 FG | 0-0 FT | 3 REB | 1 AST | 2 STL | 0 BLK |

He looked ok. He made a couple of strong defensive plays, chased the ball relentlessly around the court, and even made a nifty assist in transition where he showed real patience in creating for a teammate rather than himself.
