  • There’s some rumblings about his coaching ability given the Bucks struggles. On one hand he’s limited in his rotations due to injuries and ineffectiveness. On the other hand he tends to under-commit to lineups that are playing well. The second unit was playing very, very well in the second quarter, but Kidd replaced the effective bench players piece by piece until the starters were all back in the game. The eleven point lead that the bench earned was whittled to just one by the end of the half.
  • Maybe it’s just me, but I felt Wednesday night would have been the perfect time for Kidd to earn one of those “pump-up” technical fouls. The Bucks were on the crap end of a handful of 50/50 calls including a Giannis block on Blake Griffin. It might have been the perfect time to let the emotions boil over.
