Reactions: The Bad

  • The Bucks were slaughtered in the paint. They had no answer for the likes of LaMarcus Aldridge and Tim Duncan. Don’t get me wrong–no one has answers for those two, but the Bucks looked especially mystified. They offered paper-thin resistance as the Spurs scored 60 points in the paint while out-rebounding the Bucks 44-35. Most teams don’t run a pair of hall of fame caliber players on the front line. So at least the Bucks woes will be short-lived.
  • No matter how hard I try and forget about it…this happened.
  • Jerryd Bayless re-aggravated his left ankle injury on a fast break drive. After suffering the injury he rolled along the baseline before exiting the game completely. There’s some dissension among Bucks fans about whether or not Bayless is good for this team. One thing is for sure–the Bucks lost one of their precious few shot makers and this time it could be for more than eleven games.
