Reactions: The Bad

  • Chicago outrebounding Milwaukee was to be expected, but there were multiple times where the Bulls got three consecutive possessions thanks to simply out-rebounding the Bucks. Chicago got 20 offensive rebounds in this game, although the Bucks thankfully were also active on the offensive boards, pulling in 14 of their own.
  • Johnny O’Bryant only played four minutes. There was a reason for that I’ll get into under the coaching grades, but it’s always bad when the MVP of our hearts and minds doesn’t get minutes.
  • Michael Carter-Williams is a bad free throw shooter lately. He shot missed two of his five free throws against Chicago and is shooting 65 percent from the line this season. That’s a weird thing to go bad for MCW, especially considering he’s shooting 30 percent from three-point range for the first time in his career this season.
