Milwaukee Bucks Grades: Starters

Michael Carter-Williams

, B-

11 Points | 4-13 FG | 3-5 FT | 4 REB | 6 AST | 3 STL | 0 BLK |

He took too many shots, but these are the kind of nights you really don’t mind seeing from MCW. He wasn’t efficient shooting, but he was passing. He had zero turnovers to go with those six assists. He got too shot-happy at times, but the game has slowed down for Carter-Williams. His vision is better than its ever been.

Khris Middleton

, A

16 Points| 6-16 FG | 2-2 FT | 6 REB | 9 AST | 0 STL | 1 BLK |

Khris Middleton has ice in his veins. He didn’t even consider passing up that final look. He knew it was going to go in, despite having Jimmy G Buckets hanging all over him. He sure did think about passing before that moment though, racking up nine assists.

Giannis Antetokounmpo, A+

29 Points | 10-14 FG | 9-14 FT | 10 REB | 5 AST | 1 STL | 1 BLK |

The three-point shooting still isn’t back for Giannis yet, but he didn’t let that stop him from tearing up Chicago. He was efficient from the field, he got to the line, he recorded yet another double-double and also dished out five assists. When the Bucks play in transition, Giannis can have these kinds of nights easily.

Jabari Parker

, B+

16 Points | 8-14 FG | 0-2 FT | 3 REB | 0 AST | 3 STL | 0 BLK |

One of these days Jabari is going to mess around and drop 40 points on somebody. His jumper is starting to fall all the time, and he’s still just as beasty in the paint. It’s obvious he’s still working on making all the pieces fit together, but once he puts the puzzle together Parker is going to be an offensive dynamo.

Greg Monroe
Greg Monroe /

, B

17 Points| 7-13 FG | 3-3 FT | 12 REB | 1 AST | 1 STL | 1 BLK |

Yet another double-double for the Moose. He wasn’t utilized as much against Chicago, but when the Bucks needed him to go get buckets that’s what I did. His grade would’ve been higher, but he gave up so many offensive boards. Not all of them are on Monroe, but some certainly are.
