Number Five – From Giannis To Jabari, Part I

This play was great because it involved both of the Milwaukee Bucks franchise cornerstones, Giannis Antetokounmpo and Jabari Parker. Jabari has been proving that he’s one of the best in-game dunkers in the entire NBA all season, and although this wasn’t a massive throwdown it still carried some force.

Giannis hit the Knicks defense with a clever ball fake to get just enough attention away from Parker, who was slicing in for the feed. Giannis’ passing was great all week–this highlight was just one example of that. There will be another example later on in this very article, actually.

The only thing that could’ve made this any better is if Kristaps Porzingis happened to be under the rim at the moment. The Latvian star did his fair share of dunking all over the Bucks, so it would’ve been beautiful payback if Jabari got him back. Oh well, maybe next time.
