At this point, any week where the Milwaukee Bucks win more games than they lose is a good week. The Bucks did not hurt their playoff chances this week, but they did not gain any ground in the Eastern Conference race either.

Overall, it was a fun week. They beat the Bulls and it always feels good to beat your rivals. They beat a good Atlanta Hawks team in an exciting overtime game that saw Giannis and Michael Carter-Williams make clutch plays. Here is MCW’s clutch block to ensure the game would go into overtime. It was a really phenomenal defensive play.

I gave Henson a shout out in the beginning of the piece for having a great week of blocks and I want to give Jabari Parker a shout out now for having a strong week himself. He missed out on the Rankings but not by much. He scored 15.4 points per game on 57.1% shooting. His offensive game seems to slowly be coming around!

Jabari also put Nicolas Batum on a poster, which is nice.

The Bucks have three relatively winnable games next week. If they could go out and win two of them and some of the other Eastern Conference playoff hopefuls could drop a few games the Bucks could be right back in the thick of the playoff race. If not, then the Bucks will continue to be pretty far on the outside looking in.
