Reactions: The Bad

  • The team’s failure to defend the three-point line has gone far enough. I’d say that the Magic made but it’s more appropriate to say that they were allowed to make 13-24 attempts from behind the three-point line. This hurt the Bucks in a big way early, putting them in a deep hole, but in all honesty it continued all game long. Concentration? Effort? Whatever the problem is, the Bucks need to solve it.
  • Allowing 12 offensive rebounds isn’t disastrous by Bucks standards, but Milwaukee has a habit that whenever they do this, they allow rebound after rebound. That’s something which can demoralize a team in a hurry.
  • The Bucks are lucky that Khris Middleton is taking on the mantle of setting up teammates as MCW and Bayless could only muster a combined six assists to Middleton’s seven in their total of 67 minutes.
