Reactions: The Good

  • Khris Middleton has become this team’s puppet master. He’s not just capable of being the go-to offensive guy like he showed last month, but he can pull all the strings to get the best out of his teammates. In the absence of point guards who can consistently show that poise, Middleton’s IQ and composure has become unmistakably valuable.
  • Jabari Parker was sensational. From a truly dominant second quarter to making a big shot in the fourth. From meshing with his teammates and making some beautiful passes to throwing down his customary dunks like this one below.
  • Giannis missed some easy layups early on, but didn’t put his head down. He improved as the game went on, which is a positive trend. He also continued to give fans hope when it comes to his shooting. Efficiency from the corner should be well within his reach long term.
