Milwaukee Bucks Grades and Reactions From 114-108 Win Over Miami Heat

Milwaukee Bucks Grades: Starters
Jerryd Bayless, B+
6 Points | 2-7 FG | 1-2 FT | 2 REB | 3 AST | 0 STL | 0 BLK |
Black Hole Bayless made a massive three that helped to seal the game for the Bucks, but outside of that was quiet. That’s exactly what the team needs from him. Let the Big Three go out and do work, and serve as an auxiliary scorer. Bayless could do a little more than he did against Miami, but everybody has off nights.
, A
22 Points| 8-15 FG | 5-5 FT | 7 REB | 8 AST | 1 STL | 0 BLK |
Two out of Milwaukee’s Big Three have the potential to dish around ten assists in any given game. That’s going to lead to some fantastic ball movement in the future. And it’s too early to say definitively that Jabari won’t get to this level either.
Giannis Antetokounmpo, A
24 Points | 9-15 FG | 6-10 FT | 7 REB | 6 AST | 2 STL | 0 BLK |
Point Freak continues to impress. Giannis’ versatility is incredible, and his scoring is coming along very well. Now that he realizes he can draw contact with his crazy long strides, he’s getting to the line a whole lot more.
Jabari Parker
, A-
23 Points | 7-13 FG |8-11 FT | 3 REB | 0 AST | 2 STL | 0 BLK
Speaking of guys that are realizing that they can get to the line often, Jabari got himself eight free points against the Heat. Parker is a smart dude–he’s going to realize getting to the line is a great option for him. Oh, and he shoots threes like he’s Kyle Korver now. That’s cool too.
Greg Monroe, B
10 Points| 4-9 FG | 2-2 FT | 8 REB | 4 AST | 1 STL | 0 BLK |
The Moose got the start, but not the finish. He was solid in his playing time against Miami, but he didn’t do anything spectacular. The eight rebounds and four assists in just 23 minutes is pretty impressive, though.
