Milwaukee Bucks Grades: Bench

John Henson, B+

12 Points | 5-9 FG | 2-4 FT | 3 REB | 1 AST | 1 STL | 1 BLK |

Henson single-handily kept the Bucks alive in the first half, scoring all twelve of his points on a combination of lefty hooks and lefty hooks off a mini-euro step. His return has led to the Bucks bench being a little less futile and that is a very good thing.

Miles Plumlee, B

4 Points | 2-4 FG | 0-0 FT | 3 REB | 0 AST | 0 STL | 2 BLK |

Plumlee’s night will be best remembered for bravely challenging LeBron James at the rim…and winning. Plumlee appears to mesh well with Henson in the Bucks jumbo lineup. Wednesday he played 22 minutes and along with Henson (+3) was the only Bucks to finish with a positive +/- (+5).

Damien Inglis

2 Points | 1-3 FG | 0-0 FT | 4 REB | 0 AST | 0 STL | 0 BLK |

His impact didn’t smack you over the side of the head, but he was active in his nine minutes and managed to pull in four rebounds–a number that led the bench unit. He’s a long player so if he can make rebounding his area of specialty he could easily find a place in the Bucks rotation next season.

Jared Cunningham

7 Points | 2-6 FG | 2-3 FT | 3 REB | 0 AST | 0 STL | 0 BLK |

He was a nice spark plug in the second quarter at a time when the Bucks needed a serious lift. His area of expertise is speed and he showed no hesitation charging the rim in transition. It was the sort of play we’ve never seen from Vaughn.

Tyler Ennis

, C+

5 Points | 2-6 FG | 0-0 FT | 2 REB | 0 AST | 0 STL | 0 BLK |

Ennis continues to show signs of being a player that belongs in the rotation. He established a solid rapport with his fellow bench-lings and in doing so is able to conduct the offense effectively. He’s also a little-known threat from deep, hitting 37.5% from long-range this season. He was 1-1 from behind the arc Wednesday.
