Milwaukee Bucks Grades & Reactions From 109-108 Win Over the Philadelphia 76ers
Milwaukee Bucks Grades: Bench
Greivis Vaszquez, C

I would never dog Vaszquez’s effort, but does he ever look like a guy that’s playing his last games in a Bucks uniform. There’s little to no continuity with his teammates (there hasn’t been all season) and that’s a shame because we know that given the right system he can be an excellent role player.

I often use this column as a platform to rip on Henson, but this time he’s unassailable. He was 100% the active, lengthy rim protecting big man that the Bucks hoped he could be. He will likely turn around and drop a clunker in Orlando, but for at least one night he lived up to the billing.

Catch and shoot, buddy. That was Vaughn’s offensive strategy all night, shooting 3-8 from three point range and nearly making back-to-back threes in the first half. 37.5% from three is a rate that I will gladly take, but the question is can he put up that percentage consistently.

It’s settled then–even if the Bucks add some big men this summer they are obliged to keep JOB around. He just gives that red-line effort that you love to see in a player. That wouldn’t matter if he wasn’t able to get results, but eight rebounds in 22 minutes is excellent by any metric. You do you, JOB.
