Leandro Barbosa

Likely to be on the opposite end of the pay scale to Crabbe is the man known as “The Brazilian Blur”. Barbosa may not be as quick as he used to be, but he has matured into an incredibly valuable role player.

By the time he hits free agency, Barbosa may have another Championship ring to wear, and the way he has continued to contribute in Golden State’s second unit will certainly do him plenty of favors on the open market.

Now coming with added winning experience from Golden State, having previously been a key component of Mike D’Antoni‘s Phoenix teams, Barbosa knows how to make an offensive impact.

The Brazilian is a confident and willing passer, can get to the basket with relative ease and has knocked down three-pointers at a 38.8 percent rate for his career to date.

Barbosa could be the type of veteran who takes less money to stay and contribute to a winning team, but with Harrison Barnes‘ free agency and persistent Kevin Durant rumors, Golden State may still struggle to keep him. Barbosa could be a valuable veteran steal this summer.
