Previous: 7th. Matthew Dellavedova. 8. team. 89. Outback Jesus was 3-for-6 from three this week, but only 4-for-12 when taking it inside the arc, which left him at 38.9 percent from the field this week, a mark that can definitely be improved. He was once again solid in ball distribution, finishing tied for second in assists, but he also struggled from the free throw line, which is part of what lands him in the bottom half of our Player Rankings this week. Delly is a very respectable foul shooter at 81.2 percent for his career, but was just 7-for-11 (63.6 percent) this week. This would seem like just a small sample size that can easily be rectified next week, but his free throw shooting on the whole has seen a decrease this year.
While in Cleveland a year ago, Delly was a go-to-guy from the line, where he was 86.4 percent on the year, attempting nearly one shot per game from the line. This year, however, this number has dropped somewhat significantly down to just 80.3 percent. This is obviously still a very good mark, but such a decrease from a good foul shooter is not all that common.
. PG
