2014 Trade Deadline

Milwaukee trades Gary Neal and Luke Ridnour to the Charlotte Hornets for Jeff Adrien and Ramon Sessions.

In the midst of the worst season in franchise history, the Bucks had to make a move. Known gambler John Hammond stepped into the casino, sauntered over to the roulette wheel, and threw down the basketball equivalent of a coupon for a half-off sandwich at Cousins Subs on red.

The Bucks traded away Gary Neal and Luke Ridnour, two players scoring a combined 15.7 points per game and neither of whom were shooting even 40 percent from the field. In return, Milwaukee got Jeff Adrien and Ramon Sessions.

Hammond won that bet on red, getting back two fairly productive players for the scraps he traded away. I may be the only resident of Adrien Atoll, but that dude could rebound, and he hustled hard every night. Sessions scored nearly 16 points per game with the Bucks that season, on 46.1 percent field goal shooting and 35.7 percent three-point shooting.

The Bucks may have only won 15 games that year, but there were some fun moments!
