It could be argued that there’s something to be said for Vaughn starting at a time of the year when the Bucks have increasingly less and less to play for, but with no real contribution in his time on the floor, and a quick and permanent hook from the coach, in hindsight the young guard didn’t really gain anything from the experience. Vaughn’s only stat was a missed field goal attempt in his five minutes of floor time, as the Bucks were ripped apart by the Nuggets from the off. If the point was to give Vaughn some confidence and learn a little more about him, the mission was a failure.. G. Milwaukee Bucks. RASHAD VAUGHN. F

Snell struggled with his shot from distance on the night, and never really got into his usual rhythm across the floor as he found himself playing in a host of lineups that would have felt largely unfamiliar to him. Moving Snell to the small forward spot forced him to guard bigger players than he has been accustomed to recently, and he looked a little bit more exposed on both ends as a result of not having the offensive punch of <a rel=. Milwaukee Bucks. THON MAKER. C-. Made a three-pointer very early on, but only played seven minutes in total on the night. In Maker’s case that was pretty logical as the physicality and off-beat playing style of Nikola Jokic was always going to present major challenges for the rookie, just as it has done for veterans everywhere throughout the year. Thon should be given greater opportunity throughout the rest of the season, but it makes sense for his opportunities to be considered carefully depending on matchups.. F/C
