The Nuggets knew exactly what they had to do to get at the Bucks from the opening tip, and they executed it to near perfection. Particularly in the first quarter, a flurry of Morey-ball style triples and dunks helped Denver to open a commanding lead which they wouldn’t relinquish, and also led to a demoralized Bucks team.
Denver had a very well-rounded offensive push from their starting group, and really have started to strike the perfect balance between Jokic and Gallinari’s creative play.
