This past week they split their two games, beating the Jazz and losing to the Spurs by seven points. They also had a game postponed against the Portland Trail Blazers due to court conditions. Sitting three-and-a-half games behind the Denver Nuggets for the eighth spot out west, the Wolves are unlikely to make up the distance. They’re closer to a top five pick than the playoffs, but look for Tom Thibodeau to get the most out of his young team.
