KHA$H Rules Everything Around Me

While Giannis was literally running wild all over the Knicks, Khris Middleton was there all along to help keep the machine running smoothly.  Playing nearly 28 minutes last night, Middleton turned in a exceptional performance, even by his standards.

Like Giannis, Middleton didn’t take long to get started on the night on both ends of the floor, helping the Bucks get on the board and starting off their swipe fest on the Knicks (seriously, the Bucks had five steals within the first four minutes of the game).

That set the tone for the rest of the night for Middleton as he played true to his form by being bothersome defensively, making the right reads with his playmaking and knocking down shots from all areas of the floor.

Middleton’s night came to an early close as he didn’t see the floor for a single second in the fourth quarter.  With Giannis fully in control, Middleton obviously wasn’t needed all that much and coach Jason Kidd giving him some extra rest was just an added bonus on a great night for Middleton and the team all around.

All in all, Middleton finished the night with 18 points on 7-of-9 shooting from the field (4-of-6 from deep), three rebounds, four assists, a steal and a block each.  And to think, this was just his 11th game since returning from his injury.  Ho-hum, right? (acts incredulous to an absurd degree and unnecessarily flaps elbows to everyone’s dismay)
