Saved By The Snell

In what was his standout performance of the season, Tony Snell had himself a career night last night.

Snell got off to a scorching start, hitting four of his first five shots (two dunks, a Middleton-esque fadeaway, and a three) and scoring 12 of the team’s first 21 points in just over seven minutes into the game.

Whereas Snell has faded following a hot start in the past this year, last night proved to be different for him as he kept up his effectiveness on both ends all throughout the game. If we’re all being honest, this may have been the most aggressive we’ve seen Snell in a game at any point in the season and it was to the Bucks’ benefit.

When it was all over, Snell finished the night scoring a career-high 26 points on 10-of-14 shooting from the field as well as shooting 4-of-8 from three. He also added three rebounds, an assist and was a +12.

All in all, last night was truly a superb performance for Snell and he’s proven himself to be the gift that keeps on giving for the Bucks. With that, how about some high fives all around!
