Guarding Giannis

TW: Who on the Raptors do you think will be tasked with guarding the Greek Freak?

BB: I think it depends on where the Freak plays. If he’s out on the perimeter, Kyle Lowry will give him fits. Our point guard is tiny compared to Giannis (who isn’t?) but he’s fearless, and will pester the Freak whenever he puts the ball on the floor. Lowry also draws a crazy number of charges.

If Giannis looks like he’s the Bucks’ only scoring option late in games, I suspect Tucker will get the assignment. He’s like Chuck Hayes used to be – undersized but very “handsy”, and quick-footed for a stubby guy.
