Troy Caupain

Guard – 6’4″

Although Caupain took something of a step backward in his final season in college, he still ended his four-year term as one of the most successful Cincinnati Bearcats ever.

Caupain has good size for his position, and tends to play in more of a true playmaking style. Although he wasn’t necessarily a high volume assists guard in college, Caupain often managed to be very efficient.

As a senior, the New York native averaged 10.5 points, 4.7 rebounds, 4.4 assists and 1.2 steals to just 1.3 turnovers.

While Caupain has proven to be efficient in distributing for teammates, the same can’t be said in terms of his own scoring. Senior year shooting splits of 39.6/32.5/68.7 are right in line with the numbers he’s put up throughout his time as a Bearcat, and won’t be appealing to teams looking for shooting.
