Tyler Cavanaugh

Forward – 6’9″

Having started his college career out as a Wake Forest Demon Deacon, Tyler Cavanaugh transferred to George Washington and finally got the kind of playing time needed for him to show off his skills.

Cavanaugh is a highly-skilled and versatile offensive forward, who at least fits the base of skills NBA teams often look for in prospects now.

As a senior, Cavanaugh averaged 18.3 points and 8.4 rebounds in 35.2 minutes per game. Cavanaugh is also a willing passer, as evidenced by his 2.0 assists per game.

Likely his biggest appeal to the Bucks or any other NBA team showing interest will be his shooting touch, though. Cavanaugh shot 44.8 percent from the field, 40.9 percent from three-point range and 84.8 percent from the free throw line.

That high percentage of threes coming at a high volume (4.7 attempts per game), makes the 23-year-old an intriguing prospect.
