The team’s first round pick in this year’s draft, D.J. Wilson will make his first appearance in a Bucks uniform in Las Vegas.

While he was off the majority’s radar from where the Bucks were selecting at 17, there’s no question that many of the attributes Wilson possesses line up with the qualities the Bucks have been prioritizing in building their roster.

What Wilson lacked in solid, reliable production over the course of his three seasons at the University of Michigan, he made up for by stuffing the stat sheet during his junior season.

In that regard, the timing couldn’t have worked out better for the 21-year old to make the jump to the NBA and now the wait is nearly over before we get our first extended look at what he can do.
