Keeping The Vaughn Train Rolling
If the Bucks are to get the better of a loaded Kings squad, they’ll almost certainly need Rashad Vaughn to keep his red-hot form going.
After notching an outstanding 31 points and eight rebounds in Sunday’s win over the Brooklyn Nets, the former UNLV Runnin’ Rebel returned with a 21-point showing in the team’s Monday loss to the Clippers.
The 20-year-old has demonstrated notable aggression across those two games, showing a willingness to take on defenders off the dribble and attack straight to the rim that has often been missing from his game since being selected 17th overall in 2015.
If Vaughn continue to take the game to the Kings, while even coming close to the 66 percent shooting he’s managed in his last two games, the Bucks will have an excellent chance of advancing to the next round in Vegas.
