Milwaukee Bucks: Taking a look at the offseason so far

Rumored interest in free agent guard Derrick Rose

Despite not having any cap space left this offseason, Milwaukee has been fairly active in free agency rumors. To the dismay of Bucks Twitter, one name that keeps popping up is Derrick Rose. Rose is coming off a productive, yet inefficient season with the Knicks.

The Bucks already have Dellavedova and Brogdon at the point guard position, yet Coach Kidd has stated the Bucks and Rose have mutual interest. Rose’s fit on the team is questionable at best, and his knees have certainly seen better days. Until the Bucks clear some cap space, it seems unlikely that they can even sign Rose.

The Bucks have had an active summer either way. Whatever, if anything happens from here, let’s hope their decisions this offseason will benefit the team in both the short-term and the long-term.
