Milwaukee Bucks Preseason Preview: Oct. 4 vs Indiana Pacers
By Ti Windisch
Finale
Picking the Bucks to win this game is dangerous for a few reasons. First and foremost, anything that involves Milwaukee playing basketball without Giannis around is a risky and murky proposition at best.
Additionally, the Pacers are looking to play just 10-12 players on Wednesday. With just four preseason games and so many new faces in Indiana, Pacers coach Nate McMillan is looking to get his squad used to playing together.
That will likely lead to lineups featuring Rashad Vaughn as primary scorer going up against Oladipo, Turner and company. Even if it leads to a Bucks loss, getting fringe guys experience against real NBA lineups should be valuable for Milwaukee’s coaching staff as roster decisions have to be made in the coming weeks.
