Wisconsin Herd: Getting to know the training camp roster
Ladarius White
The first selection they made in last weekend’s G League Draft, Ladarius White will look to build more momentum to his professional career.
The combo wing is fresh off a productive year playing in Slovakia where he averaged 13.1 points on 50.7 percent shooting from the field and 36.2 percent shooting from deep, along with 4.1 rebounds and 1.4 assists in 48 appearances for the season.
White has had a brief taste playing in the G League as he has only accrued three games to his name playing for both the Maine Red Claws and the Delaware 87ers in the 2015-16 season.
Hopefully White’s stint in Oshkosh and the league as a whole lasts longer than his previous spell and by doing so, the Mississippi native could be a surprise contributor for the Herd this year.
